We keep things simple when it comes to returns, replacements and refunds.

RETURNS 

Returning an Item

Our policy lasts 7 days. You can return an item up to 7 days after receiving it. We do not make any exceptions falling outside of the 7 day’s time frame outlined below.

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the product via email to snostudio.pondicherry@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for exchange along with an image of the piece purchased. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    You will hear from us within 24 hours after we receive your mail. Once you hear back from us, and we agree on the exchange (we have a final say on the return/refund/replacement item), please ship out the piece to the following address :

        Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item received has a manufacturing defect or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be reimbursed by SNÖ in form of store credit /credit voucher.
          SNÖ will not refund Shipping costs or any additional duties, taxes, or additional charges, that may incur.
            We encourage you to return your parcel via a pre-paid traceable registered postal services as all return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by SNÖ. Any loss or damage of couriers sent by you for exchange will not be our responsibility.

              REFUNDS

              Refund criteria?

              Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

              If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

              For getting a full refund please ensure that your item is new, unused, unworn, unaltered, undamaged or unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. We reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges.

              All custom made orders & sale items are non-exchangeable.

              It must also be in its original packaging  with all tags attached along with the corresponding receipt. Where provided belts and additional add-on should be included with your return item (excluding sale items/promotional items which cannot be exchanged or returned).

              How will I receive my refund?
              Refund shall be provided only in form of store credit and only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and under no circumstances cash or credit card refund will be given.
              Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the store credit or credit voucher into your registered email account.
              Replaced items will not the refunded.
               
              When will I receive my refund?
              Once the return has been approved (subject to Return policy condition being met and sno studio having the final say in the matter) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund in the form of store credit /credit voucher has been processed and credited.
                The refund will take 10 or more working days. The refund credit has to be used within 3 months from the date of refund.
                   
                  What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
                  Please contact our customer care executive on +91 7708273140  5 days a week from Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
                    SNÖ reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were sent by SNÖ.

                      REPLACEMENT

                      We are happy to replace items if they are defective or not the product ordered with the same item or exchange it for a product of similar value for sold out items. Please contact us and we’ll arrange for a smooth replacement process.
                      Replacement of the product will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement item tracking number when your exchange has shipped.
                        An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase. We will process a store credit / credit voucher for the item in question in the event the replacement item is sold out.
                          Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in form of store credit/credit voucher within 7-10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
                            Please note, replacement on replaced item(s) will not be provided.

                               All SNÖ pieces are care crafted and quality checked several times, however if you are not satisfied and the product received by you is faulty or the wrong product please let us know via email. Any pictures and additional information shared would speed up the process.

                              • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
                              • All custom made orders & sale items are non-exchangeable.
                              • Store credit will be given in the form of a credit voucher of the same value; for one time use only. The difference in cost of the exchanged product will be chargeable.
                              • Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
                              • Products on offers or sale or discount are non exchangeable. Please be sure to understand which products are eligible for exchange / store credit before purchasing.
                              • Product replacement or exchange will take the same delivery time of the original product or the exchanged product.
                              • Products eligible for replacement or exchange should reach back to us within 7 days after delivery.
